ORDER GRANTING MOTION AND DISMISSING PETITION
On September 28, 2012, Bar Counsel suggested upon the record the death of attorney David C. Amesbury during the pendency of this action. Accordingly, the State Bar has moved to withdraw the instant petition for transfer to disability inactive status. Cause appearing, the motion to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition is hereby dismissed.
