Petitioner Brian Pitts has filed a petition proposing amendments to Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.060 and 2.061, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar 1-3.10, 1-3.11, and 10-2.1, and various Florida Statutes. Petitioner has also filed a motion to amend the petition. The motion to amend is granted.

To the extent that the petition seeks amendments to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, it is dismissed, and pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.140(a)(2), petitioner's proposals are referred to the Florida Bar Rules of Judicial Administration Committee. To the extent the petition seeks amendments to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, it is dismissed as unauthorized. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 1-12.1(b) and (f). To the extent the petitions seeks statutory amendments, it is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
