IN RE AMERICAN RISK INSURANCE COMPANY

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Benavides and Longoria

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator American Risk Insurance Company filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which it asserts that the trial court abused its discretion by appointing an umpire for the appraisal process because the insurance policy at issue in this proceeding provides that only "a judge of a district court of a judicial district where the loss occurred" may select the umpire. The Court requests that the real party in interest, Jonathan Uribe, or any others whose interests might be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus within ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.4, 52.8.
