ORDER Trial court case number: 14-DCV-215228 Trial court: 434th District Court of Fort Bend County

Real parties in interest, William and Charlene Howard, assert that the issues raised in relators' petition for writ of mandamus are now moot because the jury has returned a verdict on the issues of liability and damages with entry of the judgment set for September 12, 2016.

Should the trial court enter a judgment, real parties in interest shall immediately notify the clerk of this court and supplement the appellate record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(c)(1). Relators are requested to respond to real parties' suggestion that this original proceeding is moot by no later than September 22, 2016.
