Opinion

No. 05-07-01201-CV

Opinion Issued September 19, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DC-06-08314.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In its petition for writ of mandamus, relator contends the trial court erred in granting plaintiff's motion to compel. Relator's petition is deficient and it has not shown that the trial court clearly abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-840 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
