Writ of Mandamus Dismissed.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator requests the Court issue a writ of mandamus ordering the clerk of the municipal court of Dallas, Texas and appellate clerk of the municipal court of Dallas, Texas to accept his notice of appeal and properly calculate the filing fees for his appeal of a conviction for a traffic ticket to County Criminal Court of Appeals of Dallas, County, Texas. This Court does not have jurisdiction over this matter. Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221(Vernon 2004) (a court of appeals only has jurisdiction to issue writs of mandamus against district and county court judges, a district court judge acting as a magistrate in a Court of inquiry, and to preserve the Court's jurisdiction). Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this original proceeding. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8.
