MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Relators have filed a motion to dismiss this proceeding as moot, stating that the trial court "rescinded and voided the June 7, 2022 order that is the subject of this mandamus. Attached to the motion is a copy of the agreed order rescinding the June 7, 2022 order. Relators include a certificate of compliance, certifying that real parties in interest are unopposed to dismissal.

The underlying case is In the Matter of the Estate of James Perry Allen, Jr., Deceased, cause number 8916, pending in the County Court of Grimes County, Texas, the Honorable Tuck Moody McLain presiding.

We grant the motion and dismiss this proceeding as moot. Any pending motions are also dismissed as moot.
