ORDER
PER CURIAM
On April 19, 2023, the trial court signed an order sustaining a challenge to appellant's statement of inability to afford payment of court costs or an appeal bond. That court found that appellant is responsible for the costs of the reporter's record requested in this appeal.
Accordingly, we will consider and decide those issues that do not require a reporter's record unless appellant, within 15 days of this order, provides this court with proof of payment for the record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
