Before the Court are appellant's March 2, 2017 motion to reinstate and motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. We construe the motion to reinstate as a motion for rehearing. We GRANT appellant's motions to the extent that we WITHDRAW our February 23, 2017 opinion, VACATE our judgment associated with that opinion, and REINSTATE this appeal. We ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than April 13, 2017. We caution appellant that failure to file a brief may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1).
