ORDER
Pursuant to Sections 110(5)(b) and 116 of the Constitution of Kentucky, court facilities construction program development, criteria, and design and construction rules and standards for the Court of Justice shall henceforth be governed in accordance with the Rules of Administrative Procedures of the Court of Justice, Part X. Court of Justice Real Property Management, consisting of three (3) sections: a court facilities construction program development; court facilities criteria; and court facilities design and construction, which is attached hereto. All previous rules and orders regarding court facilities real property management are hereby rescinded . This order is effective August 5, 2005.
