ORDER AMENDING AUGUST 25, 2008 ORDER ADOPTING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF THE ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM IN THE SUPREME COURT
The Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court amends Chief Justice Order 08-047, signed on August 21, 2008, and the Chief Judge of the Oregon Court of Appeals orders, as follows:
Until further order of the Chief Justice and Chief Judge, users of the Appellate Courts' electronic filing system shall pay no transaction charge for use of the Oregon Appellate Courts' electronic filing system.
Users of the Appellate Courts' electronic filing system shall pay a document recovery charge, as set forth below. The document recovery charge shall be at the rate of $.10 per page multiplied by the number of copies required as shown in the attached table. The Chief Justice and Chief Judge hereby delegate authority to the Appellate Court Administrator to change the number of copies required without further order of the Chief Justice or Chief Judge. The most current table will be available at www.ojd.state.or.us/onlineservices/eFile. This order is effective February 2, 2009.
