1. Amendments to the Standard Probate Forms in the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Probate Form 14 and new Probate Forms 22.5, 22.6, and 22.7) were adopted effective October 21, 2014. The final version of the amendments has been published in the November 24, 2014 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor , C.J., and Pfeifer , O'Donnell , Lanzinger , Kennedy , French , and O'Neill , JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
2. Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (Gov.Bar R. V, VI, and VIII) were adopted September 9, 2014, and are effective January 1, 2015. The final version of the amendments has been published in the November 24, 2014 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
