ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
1. Amendments to the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio (S.Ct.Prac.R. 5.01, 6.01, and 16.02 through 16.05 ) were adopted May 2, 2017, and are effective June 1, 2017. The final version of the amendments will be published in the May 22, 2017 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor , C.J., and O'Donnell , Kennedy , French , O'Neill , Fischer , and DeWine , JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
