ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
1. Amendments to the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure (Civ.R. 4.2, 19.1, 30, 33, 34, 36, and 62 and Form 1) were adopted April 4, 2017, and are effective July 1, 2017. The final version of the amendments will be published in the July 31, 2017 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor , C.J., and O'Donnell , Kennedy , French , O'Neill , Fischer , and DeWine , JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
