Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (Gov.Bar R. Appendix VIII: Regulations Governing Procedure on Complaints and Hearings Before the Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law) were adopted on June 5, 2023, by the Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law and are effective July 1, 2023. The final version of the amendments has been posted on the court's website and will be published in the July 10, 2023 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
