ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
Amendments to the Standard Probate Forms in the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio (Forms 17.1, 21.0, 21.01, 21.1, 21.02, 21.2, 21.03, 21.3, 21.4, 21.5, 21.6, 21.6A, 21.6B, 21.07, 21.7, 21.8, 21.09, 21.9, 21.10, 21.11, 21.12, 21.13, 21.14, 22.0, 22.2, and 22.4) were adopted on December 13, 2022, and are effective January 1, 2023. The final version of the amendments has been posted on the court's website and will be published in the January 23, 2023 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, Stewart, and Brunner, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
