ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
Amendments to the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio (S.Ct.Prac.R. Introduction and 2.03, 3.02, 3.10, 3.11, 3.13, 3.14, 4.04, 5.08, 7.06, 12.02, 12.06, 12.08, Section 14 title, 14.01, 14.03, 16.02 to 16.05, and 21.01) were adopted on October 4, 2022, and will be effective on January 1, 2023. The final version of the amendments has been posted on the court's website and will be published in the October 31, 2022 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, Stewart, and Brunner, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
