ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
1. Amendments to the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct (Jud.Cond.R. 4.1 and 4.6) were adopted February 11, 2020, and are effective February 11, 2020. The final version of the amendments is available on the court's website and will be published in the March 23, 2020 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
2. Amendments to the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct (Prof.Cond.R. 1.15 and 6.1) were adopted February 11, 2020, and are effective February 11, 2020. The final version of the amendments is available on the court's website and will be published in the March 23, 2020 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, French, Fischer, DeWine, Donnelly, and Stewart, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
