Opinion delivered March 14, 1994


There is hereby created an Ad Hoc Committee to study and advise the Court on recommended changes in Rule XV of the Rules Governing Admission to the Bar concerning law student work with practicing attorneys.

The members are:

Scott Stafford — Little Rock Bill Simpson — Little Rock Larry Jegley — Little Rock Marcia McIver — Fayetteville Frank Morledge — Forrest City

The committee is given the authority to meet at such times and places as it deems necessary and to promulgate such rules and procedures as it deems necessary.

The committee will issue its report to this Court within six months from date of this order.
