Opinion

No. 05-09-01306-CV

Opinion Filed November 2, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 08-14619.

Before Justices MORRIS, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Court has before it relator's Motion for Emergency Temporary Relief. The Court DENIES the motion. The Court also has before it relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Relator contends the trial judge erred in ordering it to produce certain documents. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown that the trial court abused its discretion. See K Mart Corp. v. Sanderson, 937 S.W.2d 429, 431 (Tex. 1996) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
