Appellant's and Cross-Appellant's briefs were filed on December 6, 2017, and Appellee's and Cross-Appellee's briefs are due on January 5, 2018. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(b), (d). Before the due date, Appellee and Cross-Appellee jointly moved for a thirty-day extension of time to file the briefs until February 8, 2018. See id. R. 10.5(b).
The joint motion is GRANTED. The briefs are due on February 8, 2018.
