Respondent Joseph A.'s request for judicial notice, filed July 7, 2016, is granted. The court grants judicial notice of the regulations implementing the Indian Child Welfare Act promulgated by the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs. (See 81 Fed. Reg. 38778 (June 14, 2016), adding 25 C.F.R. §§ 23.105-23.144 (eff. Dec. 12, 2016).)
