MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated in the court of appeals' journal entry filed October 17, 2005:
"After a child agency is granted temporary custody of a child and files a motion for permanent custody, does a juvenile court have the authority to place the child in a planned permanent living arrangement when the agency does not request this disposition?"
The conflict case is In re M.W., Cuyahoga App. No. 83390, 2005-Ohio-1302.
