From the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2011-PA-01881

Honorable Charles E. Montemayor, Judge Presiding

ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal from the trial court's final order terminating appellant Amanda S.'s parental rights. On May 20, 2013, Amanda S.'s court-appointed appellate counsel filed a brief and motion to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), in which he asserted there are no meritorious issues to raise on appeal. Counsel provided copies of the brief and motion to withdraw to appellant and informed her of her right to review the record and file her own brief. On May 23, we ordered appellant's pro se brief due June 12, 2013.

Amanda S. has filed a motion requesting access to the record and a sixty day extension of time to file her pro se brief.

We grant the motion in part. We order appellant's pro se brief must be filed by July 12, 2013. Appellant is advised the court will not grant any further extensions of time.

We further order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on Appellant, together with a copy of the appellate record on CD Rom.
