STATEMENT OF WITNESSES OF THE RESPONDENT , ANGELES ROCA

The Respondent, Angeles Roca, by her counsel, Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, at the sanction hearing, will present the following witnesses.

A.) Witnesses Who Will Testify In Person


1.) Milagros Roca - Ms. Roca is the Respondent's sister and will testify as to her character and other issues pertaining to sanctions.

2. Elsie Echevarria - Ms. Echevarria was the Respondent's judicial secretary and will testify to character and her diligence.

3. Virginia Jutierrez, Esquire - Ms. Jutierrez was the law clerk for the Respondent and will testify as to character and her diligence.

4. Angeles Roca will testify on her own behalf on the issue of sanctions.
5. Angeles Roca will incorporate by reference all the testimony of the character witnesses who testified at the trial on merits. Those witnesses include:

a.) Former Judge Nelson Diaz (9/8 N.T. 102)

b.) Attorney Mark Momjian (9/8 N.T. 106)

c.) Councilwoman Maria Quinones-Sanchez (9/8 N.T. 112).

d.) Attorney Walter McHugh (9/8 N.T. 116).

e.) Attorney Mary Vidas (9/8 N.T. 122).

f.) Attorney John Morris (9/8 N.T. 129). Mr. Morris was not presented as character, but on the subject matter of the meeting with the federal agents.

g.) Oscar Fuentes, a longtime friend of the Respondent (9/8 N.T. 140).

h.) Attorney Michael Grasso (9/8 N.T. 143).

i.) Ian Rexach, the Respondent's son (9/8 N.T. 147). He was not asked character questions, but testified only as to how the case was resolved once it was sent for a hearing.

B.) Witness Who Will Testify By Letter


1. October 31, 2016 letter from Quelcy Lozada, Chief of Staff for Councilwoman Sanchez. This letter is attached and marked as Exhibit "A".

2. November 2, 2016 letter from Iris Violeta Colon Torres-Garayua, a retired linguist in the Court of Common Pleas. This letter is attached and marked as Exhibit "B".
3. November 2, 2016 letter from Joseph A. Guinan, III, Esquire, a practicing attorney. This letter is attached and marked as Exhibit "C".

4. Letter postmarked November 3, 2016 from Gardenia Bradley, the Court Officer for the Respondent.

5. Mr. Stretton expects another ten to twenty letters and will submit the same upon receipt.
