APPEALED FROM 369TH DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR ANDERSON COUNTY, TEXAS

ORDER

"In examining the clerk's record herein, it appears that the children were reported as Indian children. The Court has determined that the record does not contain written findings regarding whether the children are Indian children under ICWA. Accordingly, It is ORDERED that the trial court shall, on or before November 30, 2022, provide written findings as to whether D.D. is an Indian child.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a supplemental clerk's record, including the trial court's findings be certified to this Court on or before December 7, 2022."
