In accordance with Rule 32(c)(6) and 32(d)(1) of the Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, an annual membership fee shall be established by the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona with the consent of the Court.

Upon the recommendation of the Board of Governors to reduce the Client Protection Fund annual assessment from $30 to $10 and that the $20 difference be redirected to the State Bar of Arizona operating fund. It is anticipated that this adjustment will alleviate the need to increase the net dues amount until 2011 or beyond.

Now, therefore, in accordance with the administrative authority vested in the Supreme Court by Rule 32(c)(3), Rule 32(c)(6) and Rule 32(c)(7) of the Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, the Court has considered the annual fee for membership in the State Bar of Arizona; andJanuary 1, 2008 until modified 430 450 January 1, 2008 until modified 285 305 January 1, 2008 until modified 235 255 January 1, 2008 until modified 215 215 January 1, 2008 until modified 295 295

IT IS ORDERED that the changes in annual membership fees for the State Bar of Arizona be adopted and effective as follows:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the State Bar shall continue to appropriate and disburse funds collected from these annual membership fees in accordance with Rule 32 of the Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court.
