ORDER


AND NOW, this 16th day of October, 2008, Steven Jeffrey Riggs having been disbarred from the practice of law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit by Opinion of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit decided February 16, 2001; and having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of California by Order of the Supreme Court of California filed April 13, 2007; the said Steven Jeffery Riggs having been directed on June 5, 2008, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response thereto having been filed, it is

ORDERED that Steven Jeffrey Riggs is disbarred from the practice of law n this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
