ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW PETITION FOR REINSTATEMENT AND DISMISSING PROCEEDING

RANDALL T. SHEPARD, Chief Justice of Indiana.

Petitioner, Frank W. Ricci, has filed a "Verified Motion to Withdraw Petition for Reinstatement," seeking to withdraw Petitioner's pending "Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar." Based on this motion, the hearing officer appointed in this case recommends this proceeding be dismissed.

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS Petitioner's "Verified Motion to Withdraw Petition for Reinstatement." Accordingly, Petitioner's "Verified Petition for Reinstatement to the Bar" is hereby dismissed and the hearing officer appointed in this case is discharged.

The costs of this proceeding are assessed against Petitioner.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Petitioner or Petitioner's attorney, to the hearing officer, and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
