AND NOW, this 22^nd day of September, 2009, it appearing that Marc Michael Orlow, a member of the Bar of this Commonwealth, has been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of three months by the attached Amended Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated March 2, 2009, in accordance with Rule 216, Pa.R.D.E., it is

ORDERED that Marc Michael Orlow is hereby directed to inform this Court within thirty days from service of this Notice of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor.
