Opinion

Case No. 49S00-0503-DI-119.

ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PETITION FOR REVIEW

Comes now the respondent, Merrill Moores, by counsel, and requests an extension of time, to and including May 3, 2006, to file a Petition for Review, because the court reporter cannot complete the record of the evidence for at least sixty (60) days.

And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the request for extension of time should be granted, provided, however, that further extensions of time for the respondent during this briefing schedule will not likely be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the respondent is granted an extension of time, to and including May 3, 2006, to file a Petition for Review.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
