ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Comes now the respondent, Bruce W. McClaren, by counsel, and moves the Court for an extension of time, to and including March 24, 2006, to file a written response to the Court's Order to Show Cause issued on January 30, 2006, and served on the respondent February 2, 2006.
And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that the motion for an extension of time should be granted in part, and further that additional extensions of time for the respondent will not be honored.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the respondent is granted an extension of time, to and including March 15, 2006, to file a written response to the Court's Order to Show Cause, with no further extensions being allowed.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
