AND NOW, this 16^th day of October, 2008, Victor Mba-Jonas having had an Order of indefinite suspension from the practice of law in the State of Maryland continued by Opinion and Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed December 4, 2007; the said Victor Mba-Jonas having been directed on June 5, 2008, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response thereto having been filed, it is

ORDERED that the suspension imposed by this Court on February 4, 2008, at No. 1287 Disciplinary Docket No. 3 is continued consistent with the Opinion and Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed December 4, 2007, and respondent shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
