ORDER


AND NOW, this 8th day of January, 2009, Robert E. Martin having voluntarily surrendered his license to practice law in the State of Georgia by Order of the Supreme Court of Georgia dated April 4, 1991; the said Robert E. Martin having been directed on August 19, 2008, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that Robert E. Martin is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
