Amending Administrative Order No. 2009-93.

REBECCA WHITE BERCH, Chief Justice.

Administrative Order No. 2009-93, adopted on September 17, 2009, appointed Fernando Matiella to the Juvenile Detention Task Force. It has come to the attention of the Court that Mr. Matiella's position was incorrectly listed as the Gila County Chief Probation Officer. Mr. Matiella is the Santa Cruz County Deputy Chief Probation Officer.

Now, therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that Administrative Order No. 2009-93 is amended to correctly list Mr. Matiella position as Santa Cruz County Deputy Chief Probation Officer.
