AND NOW, this 11^th day of June, 2009, Michael T. Joyce having been convicted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania of the crimes of mail fraud and engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity and having consented to being placed on temporary suspension, it is

ORDERED that Michael T. Joyce is placed on temporary suspension and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E. The matter is hereby referred to the Disciplinary Board pursuant to Rule 214(f)(1), Pa.R.D.E.
