ORDER


AND NOW, this 25th day of October, 2011, James D. Hayward, Jr., having been suspended from the practice of law in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania for a period of five years by Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania dated September 29, 2010; the said James D. Hayward, Jr., having been directed on January 19, 2011, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that James D. Hayward, Jr., is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of five years to run concurrent with the suspension ordered by this Court at No. 1746 Disciplinary Docket No. 3 and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E
