ORDER


AND NOW, this 23rd day of February, 2007, Robert S. Grossman having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of New York by Order of the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, filed July 13, 2006; the said Robert S. Grossman having been directed on October 23, 2006, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that Robert S. Grossman is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth, retroactive to May 25, 2006, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
