No. 50752 (Nev. Nov. 18, 2008)

Opinion

No. 50752.

November 18, 2008.

ORDER REVOKING CONDITIONAL ADMISSION OF RONALD A. GELLER WITH PREJUDICE

These matters came before the court separately. On December 24, 2007, this court entered an order approving the recommendation of the Board of Bar Examiners and revoking Ronald A. Geller's conditional admission with prejudice. Subsequently, on April 10, 2008, this court entered an order approving a conflicting recommendation from the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board in Docket No. 50752, which provided that Geller could apply for readmission to the practice of law after five years.

Having considered these matters further, this court hereby vacates the order entered on April 10, 2008. As previously ordered on December 24, 2007, the revocation of the conditional admission of Ronald A. Geller to the practice of law in the State of Nevada is with prejudice and Geller shall not be allowed the privilege of reapplying to the State Bar of Nevada for admission to practice law in Nevada.

It is so ORDERED.
