In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-108.J.4, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members of the Court Leadership Institute of Arizona Committee. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Lorraine Arkfeld's term as a member and as Chair of the Court Leadership Institute of Arizona be extended to June 30, 2010.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Kent Batty's term as a member and as Vice Chair of the Court Leadership Institute of Arizona be extended to June 30, 2010.
