Administrative Order No. 2008-110

In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 6-114, which established the Committee on Probation, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Committee on Probation. The Honorable Anna Baca was appointed to the Committee for a term that began July 1, 2008. Judge Baca is no longer available to serve on the Committee. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Warren Granville is appointed to the Committee on Probation to serve a term beginning upon entry of this Order and ending on December 31, 2010.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Delcy Scull, by virtue of her position as Director of Juvenile Court Services for Cochise County, is appointed to the Committee on Probation and will serve as long as she holds this position.
