RULE TO SHOW CAUSE


AND NOW, this 18th day of June, 2007, Stephen J. Banik having been convicted in the Court of Common Pleas of Tioga County of the crimes of criminal use of communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution of a small amount of marijuana, a Rule is hereby entered pursuant to Rule 214(d)(1), Pa.R.D.E., directing him to show cause why he should not be placed on temporary suspension.
