On October 19, 2010, by Administrative Order No. 2010-106, Chief Justice Berch rescinded the authority granted The Honorable Ruth V. McGregor in Administrative Order No. 2009-124 and ordered that in the event any additional action is needed on any matter previously handled by the Special Master, or if any new matter arises that would have been handled by the Special Master pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2009-124, the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Maricopa County shall refer the matter to the Chief Justice.

On December 3, 2010, The Honorable Norman J. Davis, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Maricopa County, referred the matter CV 2010-032888, Kenneth Fields v. Maricopa County, et al., to the Chief Justice for further proceedings. For all such further proceedings, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that the case is assigned to The Honorable Jan Kearney, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Pima County.
