Administrative Order No. 2009-119
December 17, 2009.
The Chief Justice has been asked by Department A of the Court of Appeals, Division One, in Case No. 1 CA-SA 09-0301, to appoint a superior court judge from a county other than Maricopa County to hear and resolve any issues relating to the application for or execution of any search warrant directed at locating information relating to the Honorable Barbara Rodriguez Mundell, whether such information might be found in her home or the Maricopa County Superior Court, or on computers at either location. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED pursuant to Article 6, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution that the matter is assigned to the Honorable William T. Kiger, Judge of the Superior Court in Yavapai County.
