Administrative Order No. 2011-88

Administrative Order No. 2004-36 provides that the tribal members of the State, Tribal and Federal Court Forum shall include at least eight chief judges or justices or their designees and any additional chief judges or their designees who express interest in Forum membership. The Order further provides that the Forum includes the attorney general or their designee. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the individuals listed below are appointed to the State, Tribal, and Federal Court Forum for terms beginning upon signature of this Order and ending June 30, 2013:
