REBECCA WHITE BERCH, Chief Justice.

Pursuant to session law enacted during the 2011 legislative session known as probate; wards; rights, Chapter 285 (HB 2424), the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court is authorized to appoint one judicial officer who has a minimum of two years experience presiding over guardianship and conservatorship proceedings and who is from a county with a population of more than five hundred thousand persons and one clerk of the superior court to represent the judiciary on the Probate Advisory Panel. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the following members are appointed to the Probate Advisory Panel effective upon signature of this Order:

Honorable Charles Harrington

Presiding Judge, Probate Bench

Superior Court in Pima County

Honorable Sandy Markham

Clerk of Court

Superior Court in Yavapai County
