In accordance with Rule 33(a), Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court is responsible for appointment of members of the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness. The Court is advised the term of attorney member, Timothy Hyland, expired October 31, 2009. Attorney member Troy Foster has resigned. The term of Mr. Foster expires October 2011. Thereafter, after due consideration of the recommendations submitted by the Board of Governors, State Bar of Arizona,
IT IS ORDERED the following individuals are appointed to the Committee on Character and Fitness for terms beginning effective the date of this Order and ending as set out below:
