In accordance with A.R.S. § 25-323.02, Laws 2002, Chapter 332, which created the Domestic Relations Committee, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing six members of the total membership of 31 to the Domestic Relations Committee, consisting of two active or retired judges or commissioners or both from the domestic relations department of the Superior Court (one Rural and one Urban), a Clerk of the Superior Court, a representative of a conciliation court, an administrative officer of the Supreme Court, and a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Members serve at the will of the Chief Justice. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Mary Ellen Dunlap, Clerk of the Superior Court in Cochise County is appointed to the Domestic Relations Committee for a term beginning upon signature of this Order and ending June 30, 2013.
