Pursuant to Article VI, § 11 of the Arizona Constitution, the Arizona Supreme Court appoints the presiding judge of the Superior Court in each county. The Court is advised that the Honorable Danna Hendrix, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Coconino County, is retiring effective May 31, 2010. After due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Mark R. Moran is appointed as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Coconino County to complete the unexpired term of Judge Hendrix, effective June 1, 2010. Judge Moran shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court through June 30, 2011.

Dated this 10th day of February, 2010.
