Laws 2006, Ch. 308 amended A.R.S. § 38-893 to authorize establishment of a local board responsible to administer and make effective the Correctional Officer Retirement Plan (CORP) for probation officers, surveillance officers, and juvenile detention officers employed by the Superior Court of Arizona. The statute provides that this Board shall be comprised of five members, three members appointed by the Chief Justice and two elected members.

Now, therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-893 and the administrative supervisory authority provided by Az. Const. Art 6, § 3,

IT IS ORDERED that Rob Lubitz is designated to serve as a member of the Correctional Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court for a four-year term beginning July 1, 2011 and ending July 1, 2015.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Phillip Hanley, the head of the human resources department of the Superior Court in Maricopa County, be reappointed to serve on the Correctional Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court for a four-year term beginning July 1, 2011 and ending July 1, 2015.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Kevin Kluge is appointed to serve as Chair of the Correctional Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court until the expiration of his current term of office, ending July 1, 2013.
